Sunny Fox-Roper was born and raised on the Blood Indian Reserve, located in Treaty 7 Blackfoot Nation.  She currently lives in Cardston Alberta with her husband Don who she has been married to for almost 33 years, and they have 6 children. 2 girls and 4 boys ages 10-24.

She has a degree in Sports Medicine/Athletic training, she specializes in Generational trauma work, she is a Certified Essential Emotions Coach,  a Reiki & Energy practitioner, Essential Oils Expert certified in Symphony of the Cells technique and currently working on her Spinal Flow certification, and she enjoys empowering others on their healing journey.
