Peggy Neligan, PhD., is Director of the Metaphysical Center in New Jersey. She has been with MCNJ for over 28 years as a student, teacher and officer on the governing board holding positions in both program and education. She is a retired private and public-school educator having taught elementary through graduate level courses. In addition, she has taught the 13-level MCNJ course of study in Metaphysics and Parapsychology in northern New Jersey Adult Schools. Peggy is a life-long student having studied metaphysics for over 40 years. She completed both the 13-level course through MCNJ as well as the six-year program in Tibetan Studies. She earned her bachelor, master, and doctorate degrees from the University of Metaphysical Sciences. Peggy has two previous master’s degrees: one in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica and one in Education from the State University of New York. She is also an ordained interfaith minister as well as an 8th Degree Astarian. Her goal is to disseminate the ancient wisdom teachings and assist a global community in the ascension process and recognizing their Oneness.
