Deborah Gladney is the co-founder and CEO of QuickHire, a workforce development community for skilled trade and service industry jobs. She is also a worship leader at NewSpring Church located in northeast Wichita. She’s a proud wife to Careem and mom to 3 boys – Aiden, Carter and Ethan.
